With more than 25 years of restaurant experience and a 16-year veteran of Lombardi Family Concepts, he has worked for Lombardi Family Concepts in four states and opened nine of its restaurants. Currently, he works side by side with Alberto Lombardi, focusing on maximizing customer service, menu and concept design, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations of all Lombardi restaurants.
He focuses on a no-nonsense and common sense approach to management, and brings with him vast experience in the creation and operation of different concepts as well budgeting, construction management, and product and equipment knowledge.
Prior to Lombardi’s, Robert worked on the renovation of two boutique hotel properties in Scottsdale, Arizona (Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn, and The Royal Palms), opened night clubs in Los Angeles, (Renaissance, Jakes, Lounge 217) catered high profile events, ranging from movie and television premiers, studio parties and political fundraisers for up to 600 people, as well as working for Sfuzzi restaurants, opening five restaurants in five different states in the position of beverage manager and trainer. Robert holds degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Texas.
